For your body. For your mind. For the life you’re living.

The trust part matters

Warmth is a feeling.
Trust is a practice.

Here is how we approach the information you read at Millywell—and where this first edition has limits.

Start with the source.

We prioritize primary guidance from public health agencies and research organizations. Each health guide includes direct source links and the date they were checked. Those links support specific health information; they are not endorsements of Millywell or proof that our planning tools produce a health outcome.

Be clear about who reviewed it.

Our journal guides were drafted with AI assistance and checked against the linked primary sources. They have not been reviewed by a licensed clinician. “Source-checked” is not the same as medical review. If qualified clinical review is added later, we will name the reviewer and scope of that review on the relevant article.

Keep facts and suggestions distinct.

General health guidance is attributed to its source. Our scheduling examples, conversation prompts, and routine ideas are editorial suggestions. They are not personalized medical, nutrition, exercise, dental, or mental health advice. We avoid diagnostic quizzes, universal supplement lists, and promises about weight, hormones, or disease.

Leave room for different lives.

Culture, disability, income, work, caregiving, religion, and access to care shape people’s choices. We aim to make information useful across those realities. An example is an invitation to adapt, not a rule about what a healthy life must look like.

Make commercial interests visible.

Useful Finds and selected shopping guides include clearly labeled Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We compare named products using published manufacturer details and link to the checked Amazon model where available. Broad category searches are labeled separately. We have not hands-on tested these products, vetted every seller, or measured customer health outcomes. Comparisons explain tradeoffs, when to skip buying and free alternatives. Product links do not establish clinical benefit, and health information is not written to make a purchase necessary. Strong Start is a planned digital product; its proposed pilot price is a hypothesis, not a validated customer result. Checkout is not open. If a page later includes paid placement, affiliate compensation, or our own products, we will disclose that relationship near the relevant content.

Make information easier to use.

We write in a clear, conversational voice, with connected explanations and room for the details that matter. Headings and useful bullet lists make it easier to find an answer. We explain medical terms in context and keep important safety information. We edit for understanding and natural flow rather than a fixed reading-level score.

Write for a useful answer.

Our article topics reflect common patient questions and care-navigation needs in the linked public health guidance. We have not measured search volume or claimed these are the fifty most-searched queries. Search titles and descriptions describe the article honestly; they do not promise a cure or a ranking. Related guides, visible questions and answers, and a sitemap help organize the information. Search engines decide whether and how to show it.

Correct what needs correcting.

Use our contact and corrections form to report an error. Include the story title, the statement you are concerned about, and a source if available. Material corrections should be reflected in the article and its update date. This is a small founder-led publication; it is not a continuously monitored medical service.

A note on the imagery.

The courtyard image of three women, the notebook-and-tea still life, and the Useful Finds still life were created with AI for Millywell. The Useful Finds illustration shows unbranded objects, not photographs of the recommended products. It is an editorial illustration, not a photograph of our founder, staff, customers, or clinicians. The expanded journal includes younger-looking adult women alongside a range of adult faces, body types, and everyday settings. Other photos are illustrative stock imagery. Their models do not endorse Millywell, and we do not imply they have any condition discussed in the journal.

Stock assets are used under the Unsplash License. Strong Start cover art on this website is an illustrative presentation; the free sample shows actual prepared product pages.
